WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA.

WHAT YOU COPY INTO YOUR AI

When you run the AI check, you copy instructions into the AI service you choose. They include your company name or nickname, your baseline answers, your nine scores and your follow-up answers.

WHAT YOUR AI PROVIDER DOES

Your AI provider processes your work data under your account and its terms, and may store it. Prime can't control that. Check your account settings with that provider.

WHAT PRIME RECEIVES

This app keeps your answers so you can come back to them. When you book a Roadmap Session, it sends the Prime team a summary with:

  • Your contact details: email, first name and company name. Your mobile number and your text reminder consent go only if you turned on text reminders.
  • The workshop or event you joined, if any, and when it started.
  • Your baseline answers: revenue range, team size range, the hours you work and the hours you want to work, your goal and your goal in your own words, and your first guess at what holds you back, with any words you typed for it.
  • Your nine scores and the version of the questions you answered.
  • Your follow-up answers: the area you picked, your example, how often it happens, how many minutes it takes and its impacts.
  • The report you approved, if you saved one: the tools it looked at, coverage, confidence, its status, top constraints with their evidence level, opportunities with redacted evidence summaries, the hours and value estimates with the hourly rate used, and any flags. If you didn't run the AI check, a summary based on your answers instead.
  • Your first build: which automation, its status and the hours it projects.
  • The question you want to cover in your session.
  • A link to your report in this app. Opening it needs your sign-in.

If you tick "Don't share my optional notes" when booking, your goal in your own words, your follow-up example and your session question are left out.

Prime does not receive your raw messages, inboxes, files, passwords or connector access.

WHO SEES IT

The Prime team preparing your Roadmap Session. During a workshop, its facilitators see your first name and company name, which step you're on, which AI you chose, your report's confidence level, the build you picked, your session time and any help note you send them, never your answers or report contents.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Your assessment data in this app is kept for 12 months after your last activity on it, then deleted. Your account is deleted 12 months after your last visit once it has no assessments left. If you book, Prime keeps your contact details, your booking and its activity records in Prime's CRM under Prime's normal retention; deleting your data here removes your summary from Prime, not your contact record or booking. Admin logs keep record ids, never your answers, for 12 months.

RESEARCH

Only if you opt in from your account. The box is unchecked unless you tick it. Research looks only at answers combined across many founders.

HOW TO WITHDRAW

Don't send the report to Prime. If you book a session, your contact details, baseline answers, scores and follow-up answers are still sent. You can delete your data from your account at any time: that removes it from this app and asks Prime to remove your summary.
